Charlottetown, PE – August 5, 2026—CASTL has expanded the CASTL Online Academy with 10 new online learning modules designed to help life sciences professionals and organizations build the knowledge needed to navigate artificial intelligence in regulated biopharma manufacturing environments.
Developed by the National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT) in collaboration with GenSpark AI Solutions, the self-paced modules address the practical application of artificial intelligence across manufacturing, quality, regulatory, data, and operational functions:
“Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping biopharma manufacturing, but realizing its potential in regulated environments requires more than technical capability—it requires a workforce that understands how to apply AI effectively and responsibly,” said Penny Walsh, CEO of CASTL. “These new modules provide professionals and organizations with practical, accessible training to strengthen AI readiness while maintaining the rigorous standards of quality, compliance, data integrity, and patient safety that define our sector.”
Designed for professionals across experience levels, the modules do not require a technical background in artificial intelligence. Learners can take the module most relevant to their role or complete the full AI for Biopharma Manufacturing learning plan to develop a broader foundation.
Each module is available online in English for $245 through the CASTL Online Academy. Organizations may also contact CASTL to discuss multi-learner enrolment and team training needs.
