Since 2024, uOttawa has partnered with CASTL and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute’s Biotherapeutics Manufacturing Centre to deliver a three-credit graduate course that introduces students to core biomanufacturing concepts, applied industry perspectives, and career pathways.

Across three cohorts, 40 students were trained, with an average satisfaction rating of 98%, and 100% of respondents reported interest in related career pathways after completing the course.

Read the uOttawa case study to learn how CASTL is helping institutions strengthen student outcomes through applied, industry-informed biomanufacturing training.
