During the consultation phase, we collaborate closely with your leadership and operations teams to gain a precise understanding of your unique biomanufacturing environment, including your SOPs, equipment, critical quality requirements, team roles, and learning goals.

Step 2: Design and Approval

In the Design and Approval phase, we customize a program of GMP modules, including course materials, interactive elements, and assessments aligned to your SOPs and refine them with your feedback.

Step 3: Course Delivery and Follow-Up

This is where the training comes to life: our expert instructors deliver polished, highly interactive workshops—either at one of our training facilities, live online classrooms, or on-site at your facility—according to the agreed course design. We then gather participant feedback and issue certificates of completion.

CASTL BioWorks Program

The CASTL BioWorks program offers Canadian biomanufacturing industry employers the opportunity to save 50% on customized CASTL training programs to upskill or cross-train their eligible employees. Offered at our facilities in Charlottetown, Montreal, or Vancouver, the program includes hands-on technical training, as well as professional skills training.

Trainees who successfully complete the program receive a digital badge and certificate of completion.

Training Subsidies

By leveraging a combination of the Canada Job Grant, federal tax credits, and province-specific training funds—many of which permit stacking—Canadian businesses can substantially reduce the net cost of upskilling biomanufacturing staff.
