The CASTL BioWorks Accelerate Program is a four-week hybrid training experience that provides participants with the foundational technical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to thrive in regulated biomanufacturing environments.
Whether you’re entering the life sciences workforce, upskilling for career growth, or seeking to understand GMP operations firsthand, this program offers the perfect starting point.
In just four weeks, participants complete a combination of online learning, Holland College micro-credentials, and in-person practical sessions led by CASTL instructors.
This program provides a comprehensive introduction to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), cleanroom operations, and biomanufacturing processes, all aligned with industry standards and employer expectations.

Location: CASTL Online Academy, Holland College, and CASTL’s in-person training site

As part of the CASTL BioWorks program, Canadian biomanufacturing employers pay just $250 for each qualified employee* to participate.
*Candidates must be living and eligible to work in Canada with at least one year remaining on their work permit, hold a minimum of a high school education, have at least three years of work experience (full-time, part-time, or volunteer), and be under consideration for cross-training, new product streams, or career advancement.
