CASTL–BAM Training Program: GMP, Contamination Control, Investigations, and Risk Management – FOR MANITOBA RESIDENTS ONLY

Course Overview

Regulatory confidence and operational excellence depend on more than technical knowledge—they require structured, practical training. CASTL, in collaboration with BAM, offers this intensive, three-phase training program designed to strengthen GMP fluency, contamination control practices, and investigation skills while fostering a culture of proactive compliance.
Through a blended learning model, participants progress from foundational GMP knowledge to immersive, hands-on workshops and professional microcredentials. By combining technical expertise with cross-functional skills, the program ensures participants are fully prepared to operate—and lead—in highly regulated environments.

Why It’s Essential

In today’s regulatory climate, companies cannot afford weak links in compliance training. This program equips your workforce with the tools to:

  • Apply GMP with confidence: Bridge theory and practice for daily operations.
  • Prevent contamination proactively: Master cleanroom behavior, aseptic technique, and environmental monitoring.
  • Investigate and resolve issues effectively: Use structured tools like the 5 Whys and Fishbone to identify root causes and implement CAPAs.
  • Strengthen inspection readiness: Build documentation and decision-making practices aligned with global regulatory expectations.
  • Develop professional competencies: Gain microcredentials in communication, collaboration, and leadership to drive team effectiveness.

With subsidies available, this course provides unmatched value while directly addressing workforce training gaps in biomanufacturing.

What Your Team Will Learn

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand and apply core GMP principles, including data integrity, SOPs, and CAPA fundamentals.
  • Design and implement contamination control strategies with an emphasis on environmental monitoring.
  • Operate within cleanroom classifications and practice aseptic techniques confidently.
  • Conduct structured root cause analysis and produce audit-ready investigation reports.
  • Integrate communication and collaboration skills into daily compliance workflows.
