The Canadian Alliance for Skills and Training in Life Sciences (CASTL) is pleased to announce the successful design and delivery of its customized training program for BIOVECTRA’s biomanufacturing operations specializing in mRNA/pDNA therapeutics. 

CASTL is excited to announce the launch of a new course, "Essentials of Viral Safety and Clearance," offered in partnership with Asahi KASEI BIOPROCESS. 

CASTL, in partnership with BioTalent Canada and Future Skills Centre (FSC), is pleased to share preliminary findings from its recent market survey, Identifying the Technical Skills and Training Needed to Advance Canadian Biomanufacturing. 

BCIT and CASTL, in partnership with the Province of BC and the Government of Canada, are revolutionizing life sciences training in British Columbia with the first-of-its-kind BC Biomanufacturing Training Facility. 

CASTL is pleased to partner with STERIS, a leading provider of infection prevention and other procedural products and services, to offer a master class course in Applied Cleaning Validation this fall in Charlottetown, PE.

CASTL launches the next two cohorts of the PEI Bioscience Reskilling Program. 

Together with the Future Skills Centre, the Canadian Alliance for Skills and Training in Life Sciences has launched a national biomanufacturing skills and training study to gather critical labour market information and future training priorities specific to Canadian biomanufacturing. 

CQDM is pleased to announce the launch of the Factory School, led by CASTL, in collaboration with several educational institutions. The Factory School will offer specialized training programs in RNA manufacturing to workers already in the industry as well as scientists, and university and college students.
